An effective whistle-blow goes a long way in ensuring the highest ethical standards are always maintained within our organisation. We take every report seriously. Whether you are an employee, customer, supplier, or member of the public, you can report a concern here without fear of retaliation.

What Can Be Reported?

Reportable misconduct covered under this policy includes, but is not limited to:

  • All forms of financial malpractice — fraud, corruption, bribery, forgery, blackmail, theft, misappropriation of funds, or classified documents.

  • Failure to comply with legal obligations, statutes, or regulatory directives.

  • Actions detrimental to health, safety, or the environment.

  • Any form of criminal activity.

  • Improper or unethical conduct that undermines integrity, respect, honesty, accountability, or fairness.

  • Other corporate governance breaches.

  • Connected transactions that were not disclosed or reported in line with regulations.

  • Insider abuse — where employees with privileged access use that knowledge to alter or disable security controls for personal gain.

  • Non-disclosure of a conflict of interest.

What Happens After You File a Report?

Here is how the process works from the moment your disclosure is received:

Submit your report

Fill in the form below with as much detail as you can. You are not required to provide your name.

Assessment in confidence

Your disclosure is reviewed by a designated compliance officer. Your identity is protected at every stage.

Investigation

Where warranted, a formal investigation is launched. Findings are presented to the board for action.

Feedback

If you wish to receive an update on the outcome, note this in your report and a follow-up will be arranged.

Is Confidentiality Guaranteed?

All concerns are treated in confidence and every effort is made not to reveal the whistleblower's identity. However, whilst making all reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality, at a certain stage in an investigation it may become necessary to make the origin of a complaint known to the person or persons the allegations relate to. This will always be discussed with the whistleblower beforehand.

Huduma Credit does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith. Any retaliation will itself be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
